You know what to do to lose weight/ fat. What is stopping you?
This is me thinking to myself about my fat-loss or lack of. The most important thing is to start then take one day at a time. That is what brought me here. Then I saw Sugabelly's post. I looked back at my weight in 2013 when we started the group and I was a little bit ashamed that I have even gained a few pounds. So I am back here, writing it down and making it happen.

I think the only thing I cannot do here are squats and jump squats because my knees will give out. How are we going to check in with one another?
Yay!!! We can check in here every week with stats on what we did during the week, except you need reminders. I can DM you everyday to check if you have done the exercises and eating healthy. Meanwhile for the exercises you can't do you can always substitute with what you can, it intention is to move.
