Fat is the enemy!

I did a 'trimmer in 28' session with Adura-O in January and I lost a few pounds and have managed to keep them off without serious effort.
I just picked up my running again this week and I'm working on my feeding habits. Always a work in progress.

I took my measurements on Monday, but forgot to post.

Here are my measurements:

CW: 144 lbs
Waist: 30"
Umbilicus (tummy): 34"
Height: 5'3"

PS: I'm very bloated right now because it's about to be TOM, so that is adding to my scale weight.

Really back on track!!!

Yesterday i woke up and did 10 minutes of aerobic exercises.

I didn't eat too properly though!

B- Nil
L- 2 moin moin
Early dinner- Jollof rice, dodo + beef
Late dinner- Fried yam, eggs and stew

I also got in an hour of yoga!!!!

Twas my very 1st attempt and i will be visiting the class again

So far so good.

10,000 Steps A Day

Howdy y'all!

How are y'all doing?

I have noticed that I am quite sedentary. I sit at my desk all day long and only leave for a few minutes each day. I work out 2 - 3 times week, but I feel that since I eat a lot (hehehe), I can and should be more active. My friend's job was doing a competitive health project - each person had to walk 10, 000 steps a days and who ever was most diligent and also lost the most weight won! I walked with her one day and was surprised to see how much walking 10, 000 steps entails.

I was sold.

I have ordered my Fitbit Zip and once it gets here, I will begin to walk 10, 000 steps.

Crawling back

I went to the gym for the first time in 7 months today. I only walked for 30 mins but it felt good. Last time i weighed myself last month, i was 149lbs. I have been scared ever since to weigh myself because i have not been eating right. I'm finally ready to get back to been healthy. One day at a time.

I'm going to start working out next week. Primarily to put on muscle. My goal weight is around 140-145.
It's also time to start training abs! Yay!!!
