Fat is the enemy!

I did a 'trimmer in 28' session with Adura-O in January and I lost a few pounds and have managed to keep them off without serious effort.
I just picked up my running again this week and I'm working on my feeding habits. Always a work in progress.
I will be accountable here. So help me God.
