Really back on track!!!

Yesterday i woke up and did 10 minutes of aerobic exercises.

I didn't eat too properly though!

B- Nil
L- 2 moin moin
Early dinner- Jollof rice, dodo + beef
Late dinner- Fried yam, eggs and stew

I also got in an hour of yoga!!!!

Twas my very 1st attempt and i will be visiting the class again

So far so good.

How's everyone else getting on?

  1. Good start! Breakfast is very important even if it's something small because it kick starts your metabolism for the day.
