So even though I posted on this blog on Dec 20, I wasn't totally serious with my weight loss till the 2nd of January. I still ate all my carbs into the new year (finished all my gala on the 1st! ), and actually gained a pound. So by Jan 2nd I was 169 Ibs. However I already started working out to get my body into the rhythm of things.
On Jan 2nd, I went completely clean with my diet: Drinking only water, eating lean meats (steak, fish, chicken), yam, grilled plantain and lots of veggies. My goal for January is to lose 10 Ibs and I'm halfway there already!
5Ibs down, 5Ibs to go!
PS: I will resist the urge to "reward" myself with bad food/decreased gym time! lol
