I am very delighted to know that i am making progress on my weight loss journey. Basically what i have been doing is eating a lot of beans, it used to be so much of hard work because i never liked beans. I have also reduced my carbohydrate intake, my portions are reduced and i drink a lot of water and use ribena as a substitute sometimes.
My routine exercise takes about 45 minutes daily. I haven't been faithful with it but i ensure that i exercise thrice in a week at least. I either jog for 45 mins or run up and down the stairs for thirty minutes.
