for week 11 I was as 182lbs
for week 12 I am at 181lbs
my diet has been neither here nor there, for these past 1-2 weeks. I may have started over-thinking it and then in reaction to that just felt like f$%k this whole weight loss business. But here I am again, I don't think I could ever really completely give up on trying to be healthier, no matter how annoying/tasking it can be. Goal this week is gradually remove the unhealthy food I've been eating.
