  2. Either u're secretly sleeping at the gym or lure getting a skinny person to step on the scale for you! Hehehe don't mind me, I'm just hating! When will I weigh in the 140s???? #superjealous

    1. Food. I've always lost weight easily when i'm disciplined but my discipline usually starts to falter when i get to 153lbs. This is the first time i've stuck to it. I bought 8 beef patties last week and ate them in 3 days and gained back 2lbs. I gain weight so easily. So until i get to where i am going and make exercising a habit, it's going to be beans and stew, oatmeal, boiled unripe plantain and fish for me.

      I have been on stressful rotations for the last 3 months also, so that has limited my food intake also. lol
