Food. I've always lost weight easily when i'm disciplined but my discipline usually starts to falter when i get to 153lbs. This is the first time i've stuck to it. I bought 8 beef patties last week and ate them in 3 days and gained back 2lbs. I gain weight so easily. So until i get to where i am going and make exercising a habit, it's going to be beans and stew, oatmeal, boiled unripe plantain and fish for me.I have been on stressful rotations for the last 3 months also, so that has limited my food intake also. lol
You are making remarkable progress and I am almost jealous. I have also been eating a lot of beans these days.
