When i saw this 2 days ago, i was ecstatic. I kept re-weighing myself and actually got two readings of 149.8. The last time i was below 153 was 2009. One of my goals this year was to get under 150lbs, i am almost there. I will do a back flip (mentally, of course, not trying to kill myself here), if i make it by next week. Then i would have to make new goals and try to maintain it this time.
Exercise, exercise, exercise, now we are about to become friends.
