kaura's week 10

still 181lb,
but that's fine, today was a bit off, started eating recklessly again.  granted it was all bran cereal and almond milk (like 5 bowls) but I have to watch myself. I was doing ok till yesterday I had some buns(puff puff) . 1st time in maybe 5years, and this really nice agege-like bread from some Ghanaian store. Anyhow, I must get back on track with controlling my portions.  Anyhow that's my week
