Madam sting... I use myfitnesspal too... its been helpful. i am back on track today... i'm hoping to remain like that.








Weight as at today... I don't use a home scale rather I go to Boots pharmacy to weigh myself. 17stone 4lbs that is 110.1kg

I am ready to take this to the next level... see you guys nest week.
