I am still stuck in the rut of eating cake and other "forbidden foods" like chin chin and biscuits.
So help me God.
Weight 71kg on Monday 72kg this morning. (up from 69.5)
Waist: 28"- No change I think
Hips: 40"
My workouts at the gym have gotten more intense.
Heavier weights
I couldn't lift my arm after yesterday's triceps & biceps work out.
I need to clean up my eating sooner than later before I lose it.
Gosh...10 kilos to go.
Why can't this be easier....
