My Picture refused to rotate!
Late update...again.
My stats as of Tuesday:
Weight: 73.5kg
Bust: 38"
Waist: 29.5"
Hips: 41.5"
I believe I lost half a kilo and half an inch from my waist and hips….yaay!
Half progress is better than none. I took an active part in our office May day sports show. I paid dearly for it. My thighs burned for the next 3 days. Upon all the workouts I've been doing- sprinting, sack race, spoon race and relay took a huge toll on my body. By the way- I came 1st in sack race and my team won the relay. J
I have reached the part that requires pure patience. Working out with heavier weights is more demanding. But I have to push myself if I intend to reach my goal. Eating is still pretty much the same- I never knew I could live in Nigeria and eat vegetables, protein and healthy fats 3 times a day, every day and not crave rice, beans, bread, amala, etc. This is 2 months and counting.
I had my first cheat day!!! 1/5th of a muffin from Mug & Bean and a slice of cake!!!
Bloated afterwards - I think my body was rejecting it.
Next cheat day will be my birthdays/wedding anniversary- and that’s 2 months away.
...i read something funny about castor oil here

PS...Love, love the new template!
Half a kilo is a pound. Keep up good work lady. At least when u hv cake on ur birthday and anniversary, u will know u deserve it and can eat it without guilt.
