I decided to unwrap my jillian micheals cd and weights which i purchased over a year ago from the amazon pack. I didn't last 10 minutes on Level 1. Can life be this hard? I don't have the strength for it mehn.
I had carbs alot over the weekend as I attended different functions. Trying to balance it out by having minimal carbs this week.
I will NEVER have a cheat day again. Due to the fact that I lost very little last week, I began to feel like a boss so I said I would have one cheat day. It was meant to be on thursday...it continued till yesterday. I think i'll just forget about having a cheat day and stay off things I shouldn't be having.
