The Worst!

Hey Guys, so i started this weight loss journey in january and i have lost 8kg. but the problem is that i have been in the same spot for a month now and i am not pleased with myself.

Guys i need all the support and motivation!!! the struggle is real!  i promise to put my weight on    blast tomorrow as that gets me to focus... i just have being having 0 push these days. so today i brought out one of my new dresses that i cant wait to wear but is a little tight and i promised myself i was going to get into the dress by 27th of may which is my birthday so help me God.  I could use some motivation. i am happy to be a part of this and i promise to kick butt!

  1. What are you doing right now in terms of food. Main thing for weight loss is what you are eating. You did not gain the weight in one day so you can't lose it in one day. Don't be discouraged.

    I use myfitnesspal which is an app and is also online to track my food intake (calories). How about you track what you are eating for a week, either using the app or even a note book, and then share with us, if you like, so we can see what changes you could make.

  2. I also use my fitness pal. Maybe we can add each other on the app to be able to encourage and make each other accountable for tracking. My issue is I'm very inconsistent with tracking my food...
